These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by BGA Group Australia Pty Ltd. By booking a skip bin, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide skip bin hire, waste removal, and related services across NSW. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability and conditions.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed
- Prices include delivery, collection, and disposal unless stated otherwise
- Additional charges may apply (see below)
4. Hire Period
- Standard hire period: 14 days
- Extended hire may incur additional daily fees
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery details
- Ensure safe and legal placement of the skip
- Not overload the skip (above rim level)
- Not place prohibited materials in the bin
6. Prohibited Waste
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Asbestos
- Hazardous chemicals or liquids
- Batteries, gas bottles, oils
- Food waste (in general bins)
- Contaminated materials
Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of collection.
7. Weight Limits & Additional Charges
- Each skip has a maximum weight allowance
- Excess weight will incur additional charges (e.g., per tonne fees)
8. Permits
- If placing a skip on a public road, a council permit is required
- We may arrange permits on your behalf, and fees will be passed on
9. Delivery & Collection
- Delivery dates are requested but not guaranteed
- Collection occurs upon request or at the end of the hire period
- Access must be clear and safe for our vehicles
10. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations may incur a fee depending on timing
- Refunds are processed at our discretion
- No refund once delivery has been completed
11. Liability
- We are not liable for damage to driveways or property unless caused by negligence
- Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable placement conditions
12. Environmental Responsibility
We aim to recycle the majority of collected waste and minimise landfill impact.
13. Website Use
- Content on this website must not be copied or reused without permission
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
17. Right to Refuse Service
BGA Group Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or suspend any booking or service where:
- The waste type is prohibited or incorrectly declared
- The skip bin is overloaded or contains unsafe materials
- The delivery or collection location is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable
- There is a risk to staff, property, or the public
- The customer has provided inaccurate or misleading information
In such cases:
- Collection may be refused until issues are rectified
- Additional fees may apply
- No refund will be provided where service has been attempted or delivered
